Who it’s for
Transportation & Mobility
Fleets, public transport, logistics, ride-for-hire.
Industrial & OSH
Manufacturing, energy, construction, field services, maritime.
Health, Insurance & Lifestyle
Prevention programs, worker wellness, high-risk roles.
How it works
Wearables‑led deployment
The SAT’s solutions run directly on wrist or in pocket, predicting fatigue, sleep, detecting falls, stress, and blood alcohol concentration events “on-the-fly” — without the need for extra hardware.
Dispatch alerts
Automatic alerts are provided locally to the user (haptic and sound) and remotely to supervisors or emergency 24/7 teams.
Lightweight dashboards
A lightweight web dashboard gives supervisors a live view of all connected and active operators, event history, emergencies, and system status — optimized for any browser or tablet
Webhooks to existing systems
Webhooks and APIs allow seamless integration with your existing telematics, EHS, or dispatch platforms — bringing predictive safety into your daily workflows.
Why now
Fast rollout
Proven field performance
Lowers barrier to adopt predictive safety.
Native
Embed predictive safety at vehicle scale
An OEM-grade path that embeds SAT’s predictive engine natively in the in-cabin stack—extending proven models to camera/radar with lightweight edge SDKs, Tier-1 integration hooks, and KPI-driven objective validation through to SOP.
Who it’s for
OEMs, Tier‑1s, and platform suppliers building next‑gen in‑cabin safety.
How it works
Integrate camera + radar modules into the in‑cabin stack, extending the same predictive models proven on wearables. Edge‑first inference with lightweight SDKs and clean hooks—enablecompute reuse, preserve privacy, and keep latency low.
Proof & path
Integration workshop → map signal pathways and constraints
A joint technical workshop aligns architecture, data flows, and constraints between SAT, the OEM and Tier-1. Outcomes include a signal/compute map, interface specs, privacy & data-usage guardrails, and a draft validation plan with go/no-go criteria.
Pilot module on test vehicles → hook into in-cabin camera/radar feeds
SAT provides a reference module with adapters to the in-cabin camera/radar stack and a lightweight logging/tuning tool. The pilot runs on a small fleet to exercise data paths, verify real-time performance, and collect representative scenarios; deliverables include a runbook, data package, and tuning recommendations.
Objective Validation → on-road metrics and acceptance testing against your KPIs
A formal test plan quantifies performance against agreed KPIs (e.g., true/false-positive rates, lead time to event, latency, availability, environmental coverage). The result is a validation dossier with methods, protocols, and results (ROC/confusion matrices, calibration plots) plus acceptance criteria and remedial actions if gaps appear.
Co-development with Tier-1 partners → production integration to SOP
SAT works with the designated Tier-1 to harden the module for series production: interface hardening, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery/Deploymentand security, diagnostics, and quality gates. Deliverables include an SOP-ready package (SDK/APIs, test vectors, integration guide), support plan, and compliance traceability.
Why it matters
Privacy‑first and robust in tough conditions (occlusions, lighting, PPE), aligned with evolving Euro NCAP/GSR trajectories—so your roadmap stays compliant and future‑proof.
